Developing Leaders

Catering to youth ages 14 to 18, the Developing Leaders program teaches leadership and life skills. Designed to help students thrive after high school, the Developing Leaders program includes workshops, job talks, site visits, and field trips to expose youth to educational and professional possibilities. In addition, Developing Leaders gain hands-on, paid job experience as junior coaches, as well as mentorship from Ultimate Impact leaders.

Coaching and Leadership (CaL)

Designed for alumni of Developing Leaders and other UI programs, the Coaching and Leadership pathway is a career-development program that serves transitional-aged youth (ages 18 to 24). CaL provides weekly training on a wide range of professional development skills, like public speaking and professional writing, plus leadership training, paid coaching opportunities, and non-coaching projects.
